Who we are

The apps

The apps work on your computer. Your files are not uploaded. Optional AI features only run when you ask, and the app shows exactly what will be sent, and to whom, before anything leaves your computer.

When you enter a licence key, the app checks it with our payment provider, Polar, and sends the key and a label for your computer (its name and operating system).

Waitlists

When you join a waitlist we store your email address, your answers to the form questions, and which app you joined for, with our email provider, MailerLite. We use them only to email you about that app. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Why we use your details

Waitlist emails are sent because you asked for them (your consent), and you can withdraw that at any time with the unsubscribe link. Licence checks are needed to provide the product you bought.

How long we keep them

Waitlist details are deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

This website

No advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs to protect the site from abuse.
